FAQ's - Shipping

To order, we require that you are 21 years of age or older, a Canadian citizen living in Canada with Canadian online banking access to perform email money transfers (etransfers), and able to receive mail in Canada. This is the only payment option. We do not accept cash or offer a pick up location.

After I place my order how and when does my order ship to me?

All of the products are shipped within 1-3 working days of receiving the e-transfer payment. Orders are packed and sent through Canada Post XpressPost or Regular Parcel Post.

How do I know when my mail order was shipped?

Once your order is sent by mail, you are provided with a Canada Post tracking number through XpressPost which is sent to you by email shortly after shipping. All shipping details will be included.

How long will it take to receive my mail order after it’s sent?

It usually takes between 2 to 5 business days to arrive to any address in Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

The only current method of payment presently for shipping Cannabis products in Canada is by using email money transfer or "e-transfer" from any Canadian bank.

No credit cards or PayPal can be accepted for mail order products to consumers. We are sure that policy will change shortly and soon credit cards will be used for cannabis purchases.

How does the XpressPost tracking process work?

Every package sent via XpressPost has a individual ID tracking number. This tracking number will show all of the details along the journey of the mail order products as they come closer to arriving to you. We send customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, as our shipping team(s) are out of the office with the XpressPost packing slips until that time. Which means your mail order products will ship mid day, but the tracking numbers are not sent until later. *It’s important to note that mailed items do not leave Canada Post offices until 330pm daily, so there’s no difference in arrival time of the package if it’s dropped off in the morning or the afternoon, as long as it arrives at the post office before 330pm, it’s all the same. What are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of $20 in Southern Ontario and $30 for shipping to rest of Canada, through Canada Post. For Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut shipping is $40, to ensure package arrives undetected and undamaged.

Can you guarantee that my product package will arrive after ordering?

We suggest that you use a mailing address that you know is not compromised, is secure, and only you have access to receive the products that we mail to you. On rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry. We will reship packages on occasion as needed, depending on the customer situation.

How are the mail order purchases packed up before being shipped?

Everything we send in the mail is sealed from air and odour and well packed for customer security and privacy. We take much care in how we pack our orders and follow a strict routine each time.

Do you need an MMPR license, MMAR license, doctors note, prescription or similar to shop for Cannabis products with Stone City Edibles? How is this legal?

It is advised that you have a legitimate way for you to consume and purchase Cannabis using a medical need diagnosed by a licensed doctor. However, as an adult it is your decision if you want to purchase Cannabis without a medical document. We don't make that call for you. If you think medical cannabis edibles helps you with your pain or symptom and have tried other traditional medication and are not getting the relief you have the right to access from other sources.
